Most bloggers have heard of LS Blogs. It’s a great place to list any type of blog for added exposeur and the profiles are nice. They give a screenshot of your blog, a little information and it also pulls a small list of your latest posts for any would be viewers to get an idea of what your blog is about.

George Lindemann Sr. is one such blogger who makes use of LS Blogs.

From his profile you can see that he likes to talk about news, events, technology, money making and fashion. Quite the mix of topics if I do say so myself.

Once on the blog you find that Mr. Lindemann is a very consistent blogger indeed. His posts aren’t overly long, nor are they snippets. Most of his posts have a nice medium text count but each is filled with highly useful information, given the reader is interested in the current blog topic. With his diversity it shouldn’t be too hard for him to capture more than a few returning readers.

Today’s topic, or the latest topic is something about an acorn. Not the kind that fall from trees to get gathered up by hungry squirrels but something related to business.

I read the post but I’m not business savvy so it didn’t stick out too much to me. BUT the post a little farther down did capture my attention which is why I’m always a fan of diversity in blogs rather than the set topic type person. Diversity allows you to reach out and grab more than one type of person and Mr. Lindemann is doing just that.

I might not like or understand his acorn topic or even any of his business related posts but my little eyes always perk up when I see the word Photoshop in a post. Especially when it’s a new or useful (sometimes both) plugin or tool.

This particular tool is for icon creation. Normally you’d have to have an extra program installed on your pc to create them but with this new little tool you can create and export (or import I’m sure) .ico files right in photoshop. There are quite a few reasons I like this tool. One being that it lessons the space I waste on my harddrive with an added program for icon creation and the second is that I love photoshop and the more I’m able to achieve through it’s use the happier I am.

Now all we need is for the adobe guys to come up with a music player for photoshop and I’m all set!

Where are your trackback URL’s? I can’t find them.

Anyways, I just wrote an entry at my blog in response (agreement) to this one and I had wanted to notify you of it here.

Normally, I am pretty picky with the types of blogs I read. I usually shun those covering current issues and/or business because it is hard for me to keep up, although their views can be quite interesting at times.

Personal blogs help me relax best. I don’t know why. But well, reading about other peoples lives and drawing parallels and lessons to your own can be enriching enough. :P

I’ve never heard of an LS blog. What is it? o_o

I don’t read blogs about current affairs that much. I feel they have nothing unique to offer, especially when the topic’s been written over and over.
