Comotized started on my old domain http://www.tranquildevildollz.net. After a year of owning and maintaining a ‘doll’ site I decided it was time to create a space for myself to enjoy instead of catoring to everyone else.
The word Comotized cannot be found in any dictionary you’ll ever find. Why? Because it isn’t an actual word. The word Comotized comes from an albulm by Leona Naess, who was featured on Comotized’s first layout, called ‘Comatised’ which is a word she made up to mean ‘a-deer-in-headlights-kind-of-feeling’. Being the not so bright person I am, I ended up mispelling the word with an ‘a’ and a ‘z’ and it’s taken life from there.
Comotized was purchased on December 26th in 2004. It was hosted by Powweb until June 25, 2006 when I transferred the domain name to godaddy. It’s now hosted by my second domain post-munkey.org on Bluehost. My hosting package currently has 200gb of space, 2,000gb of bandwidth and costs $6.95 a month.
