Last thursday while ordering more cute stationary I picked up a pack of scented beads for me and my penpal/friend Mis. I thought it would be fun to send her a pack and keep one for myself so we could make and send cute little bead bracelets and whatnot.
Well.. they came in the mail on Saturday. All of my stationary is super cute. I swear it felt like Christmas opening it all. But when I opened the beads to see what they smelled like I was dissapointed to see that the beads weren’t beads at all. In all honesty I have no idea what they are. They seem to be nothing more than tiny, colored, rubber pebbles. The package and containers are written in chinese/korean which is alien language to me, so there’s no help there.
So I took one out and put it in my mouth to see if it had flavour to it. It didn’t, they have no holes either. My only guess is that you drop one or two down inside of an envelope to make your letters smell good. Other than that I’m lost.
On the plus side they do smell kind of good and the containers are really cute. I’m sure with Mis and I’s creative imaginations we’ll find a way to use them. If not, they’ll be cute to just sit somewhere.
On another note I seem to have become my brother’s secretary. Which is good for me since I get $50 bucks just for typing up small paragraphs of the construction jobs he does. Bad for him since he has to rely on me because he has no idea how to type!
In fact… I’d say that’s really good for me considering the fact none of the redneck business owners around here will hire me. It seems all they want is under-qualified, toothless renecks working for them.. go figure. I guess they like to ‘keep it in the family’ hehe
P.S. three new vectors in the goodies section including a manrocker, tinycafe donut and octopus.

Hmm, it reminds me of my odd typing style… I taught myself how to type, and I taught my self in a weird way. I grew up playing video games, so I sort of have a way to type each word memorized, rather than have all of the keys memorized. I rarely use my pinky, except for capitals. It’s kind of fun. People say I type funnily, but I Just laugh at them.
Very odd…I remember having some beads like that that were actually potpourri. They came in a bag and you just opened it a little and stuck it in drawer. I don’t know if they’re the same thing though.
